Welcome to damnpablo. By using our website and contracting our 3D design, rendering, and branding services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services We provide professional digital design services, including 3D modeling, rendering, product visualization, and brand identity development.

2. Contracting and Payments

The start of any project requires a pre-agreed deposit.

The final price may vary if the scope of the project changes.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Upwork Direct Contract System.

3. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, all designs, renderings, and deliverables remain the property of damnpablo - Pablo Vega González.

Once 100% payment is received, commercial use rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refundable.

If the project is already partially developed, the time worked at the time of cancellation will be charged.

6. Use of the Website: You may not use our website for illegal purposes or to breach our security systems.

7. Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico).
